We operate as a boutique partner, providing deep-dive technical and geopolitical insights without the overhead—or compromised neutrality—of larger firms.
Our work spans the full spectrum of European defence and security: from capability planning for national ministries, through market entry strategies for primes and mid-tier suppliers, to threat assessments commissioned by institutional investors evaluating sovereign-exposure portfolios. We do not seek scale. We seek the right engagements.

Every engagement begins with a binding non-disclosure framework. We do not publish case studies, name clients, or discuss prior work outside formally cleared contexts.
